Gothic Arch

The theme for Gothic Arch Sunday is History. I LOVE history since my own family has a pretty illustrious history of its own. My family and my mother-in-law came through Ellis Island. They had all escaped Hitler's Germany... Baruch Hashem (thank G_d).

Sandee, this just gave me a shiver thinking about what these people experienced and survived. As you said, thank goodness they did. Gorgeous tribute to your family and survival.
